Indumaza skid systems are engineered electric heating packages integrating heaters, process equipment, instrumentation and control systems into a complete industrial solution.
Each skid is designed according to the customer's process requirements, combining thermal, mechanical and electrical engineering to provide a compact and ready-to-install system. The scope of supply can be adapted from the electric heater and control system to a complete packaged process unit.

Project Overview
Supply of a complete skid-mounted electric process heating package for an industrial process facility in the United Kingdom.
The system comprises two 400 kW electric heaters designed to heat a process fluid from 80 °C to 180 °C at a design pressure of up to 25 bar.
The package was engineered for installation in a hazardous area (IECEx) and incorporates automatic temperature regulation together with process instrumentation for temperature, pressure and flow monitoring.
