Indumaza immersion heaters are engineered electric heating systems designed for the direct heating of liquids, process fluids and industrial baths.
The heating elements are immersed directly into the heating medium, providing efficient and controlled heat transfer. Each heater is designed according to the process conditions, including heating capacity, operating temperature, fluid properties, immersion length, materials and installation requirements.

Project Overview
Supply of high-power flanged immersion heaters for industrial process heating applications in Canada.
The project comprised one 275 kW and one 600 kW electric immersion heater, designed for direct heating of a process fluid at operating temperatures up to 180 °C and pressures up to 16 bar.
The heaters feature removable heating bundles, allowing convenient maintenance and replacement, with heating elements manufactured in stainless steel / Incoloy according to the process requirements.
