Indumaza circulation heaters are engineered electric heating systems designed to heat liquids and gases flowing through a pressurised vessel.
The heating elements are installed inside a heating chamber, allowing efficient and controlled heat transfer while maintaining a compact and reliable configuration. Each heater is designed according to the process conditions, including flow rate, pressure, temperature, heating medium and required heating capacity.

Project Overview
Supply of a high-power electric circulation heating system for a refinery in Spain.
The project comprised two 500 kW electric process heaters, designed to heat a process fluid under demanding pressure and temperature conditions. The equipment was engineered for installation in a hazardous ATEX area, with integrated process instrumentation and automatic temperature control.
The heating system was designed for operation up to 300 °C and 40 bar, providing controlled and reliable thermal energy for the customer's process.
