Indumaza Seal Gas Heaters are engineered electric heating systems designed to heat seal gas used in compressors and other industrial equipment.
The heaters provide controlled gas heating to maintain the required operating temperature and prevent condensation. Indirect heating configurations are available for high-pressure, corrosive or aggressive gases, keeping the process gas separated from the electrical heating elements.

Project Overview
Supply of an indirect electric seal gas heating package for a compressor dry gas seal system.
The package comprises a compact electric heat exchanger designed to heat the seal gas without direct contact between the process gas and the electrical heating elements. The system provides controlled heating of the gas to prevent condensation and maintain the required operating conditions of the dry gas seal.
The heater was designed for installation in a hazardous area, with integrated temperature monitoring and over-temperature protection. A dedicated control panel provides automatic temperature regulation and safe operation of the heating system.
